After several years of great service :) , my Shure Headworn Dynamic mic finally broke...it was so SULIT!!!
Yesterday, I tried my new mic and the sound quality is much nicer than my dynamic mic...
It's a Shure WH30 Condenser Headworn Mic.

Wireless I-Pod
My Shure headworn mic broke after several years of use...and it was well-worth it.
Only the mic itself broke...it's a shure dynamic headworn mic which I love to use and the sound quality is very nice...I did not realize til yesterday that a CONDENSER mic is better,
Yesterday, I bought a new mic...a Shure WH30 Condenser Headworn Mic and the reviews say that this is better than my old dynamic mic because this new one is a condenser mic.
FYI, the new mics now are Mini XLR conectors so I had to buy a new set...not just a new mic because my old set has PL plug connectors. Mic set meaning TRANSMITTER (Body pack) AND RECEIVER included aside from the mic itself... ... and because the connector on my old mic set is PL, I tought of using it for my I-Pod making it wireless.
This can be placed on the magic table during a magic show... ...or control intro music, songs... etc during a solo vent act .

AVENUE Q
I love Avenue Q...I think it's simply fantastic :) I just got home from watching Avenue Q in RCBC Plaza. My pal Sam Fuentes who made the puppets for the local staging here in Manila gave me and my wife a couple of tickets and we had a great time :)

Axtell Cry Baby
My Axtell Cry Baby arrived last Friday :) This is a puppet I can never perform without from now on :)
It can be a part of my kidshows and my adult shows.
Since it arrived last Friday, I manage to use it in four gigs already and the reaction from the audience, both young and old is just so wild!!!
I have yet to use it in an adult vent gig...but Im confident that it will kill. I'm planning to use it in my next Bar gig on October 14 at the Conspiracy Bar along with Don Dom (Payes) and Nicolo (Poyner) as well as the Cable Vent Masks :)

The New Lolo Oban (Gramps)
I recently changed the mini arms and legs of this wooden figure to a regular set of arms and legs...
This figure is hand carved by Ony Carcamo from Jelutope wood. It has left to right moving eyes and raising eyebrows and the standard ball and socket neck... this is the 2nd of only three Ony Carcamo creations...

My Axtell Puppets
Aside from my hard figures from Kem Poyner and Dan Payes ...I also love performing with my soft puppets from Axtell Expressions, makers of the finest latex puppets in the world. Some of them I had to sell or trade...but I kept most of them. The Orangutan, Cockatoo, Turtle, Seal, Rooster, Cry Baby, Big Baby....
